Looking for a Free league

Rather short notice but-
I am looking for a free full dynasty league.
A little about me, I've played dynasty years ago but had to give it up due to college and family issues. Looking to get back into it again and would like to start with a free league.
Anywhere from 12-16 teams would be ideal. If your league has extras like PPR, IDP, or scout teams, I am willing to learn how they work. Does not matter to me if it is an orphan or a start up team, thanks!
