New dynasty league. IDP, PPR, Salary, Contract - 40 man roster, 8 taxi, 5 IR

We are using LeagueSafe to manage the money.

Every 3rd year we will have a "super pool" payout for the top 2 teams. Makes for building a team for now and in the future more attractive as there will be a larger pot.

This is going to be an awesome league with great longevity.

Couple questions:
What is the buy in?
When will the draft be?
And will the salary cap be adjusted to the NFL cap? So basically, we'd have 177 million to spend at the auction.
