Well since I don't play in the leagues and just run them as commissioner.... yea. Its a pretty small amount compared to anywhere else and considering the time and effort to fill them and keep them going. It gives owners confidence that they can build a true dynasty team for the long term and not worry about the league falling apart, since there is an incentive for me to always keep them filled and running. It's only $6.25 per owner. Let me know if you find someone running them for free that isn't playing in them.
