32 team EPL style league - startup with all the options

I have a 32 team startup league on MFL looking for 13 more owners; every owner controls a real NFL franchise. If you're looking for a league with all the features, this is the one you'll want to join. This league has Superflex, 2 TE, IDP (2x DT), contracts (based on auction stratup draft), devy, 3x player copies, relegation, legacy standing/payouts, and more.

In addition to every owner controlling a real NFL franchise, the league will be setup like the English Premier League; adopting many of the EPL's league formats. Every team will compete in double-headers each week, there will be special cup tournaments throughout the season, final results will be W/L/T format (and yes we will have ties), league will split into 2 divisions after year 1 - with teams being relegated/promoted based on yearly performance.

Instead of an Empire league format that pay out back-to-back winners or something like that, this league will have a legacy system. This system will award points to an owner for every achievement, such as: regular season wins, cup wins, playoff wins, highest scorer, league finish, etc.. Payouts will occur once a team passes set thresholds. The goal of this system is to find out which owner can build and maintain the most prominent club in the league. Teams like Manchester United, Chelsea, and Liverpool didn't earn their reputations in one year, it was earned by building consistently high-performing teams for many years.

League fee will be $25/yr, $53 for startup (Years 1 & 2 + $3 for site fee) and will be through Leaguesafe - for our friends abroad, Paypal can be used to transfer the money and put into Leaguesafe by the commissioner.

If you're new to IDP, Devy, Contracts, or any other part of this league, and you're hesitant let me know your hesitation. We have a really good set off guys that are willing to give you some guidance or help getting started. Plus, you're already on DLF which has an abundance of resources for you to use, and forums full of knowledgeable guys - I promise you'll be alright.
