I found out it does not use LeagueSafe. Out of curiosity, why shocked? Know something? Thanks.

Just common sense. $300 is a big money league, $3,200 or more in total funds. And if someone posts in all caps, with hardly any explanation of league details, multiple leagues available, and just keeps BUMPing the threads, well that's a clear sign to me that something ain't right. Add to the fact that they give no background on themselves, no league links, no posting history...
