Searching an active Startup or Orphan team on Fleaficker League (free to 50$ max)

i am searching a startup or orphan team on fleaflicker. I am a very active owner for more than six years now, so i am searching a active league. I normally prefer free leagues but i would be open to pay a max of 50$ when it is the right league for me.
