I wouldn’t be shocked if this league does NOT use Leaguesafe.

Just as a rule of thumb..
If it doesn't use League Safe with payouts by majority vote... steer clear
Sorry OP just expressing my honest opinion (as someone who was swindled by a commissioner who ran 3 leagues with total control of funds-- the guy "Sean Nichols" ran off with $6k of our money)

Just common sense. $300 is a big money league, $3,200 or more in total funds. And if someone posts in all caps, with hardly any explanation of league details, multiple leagues available, and just keeps BUMPing the threads, well that's a clear sign to me that something ain't right. Add to the fact that they give no background on themselves, no league links, no posting history...
