I’m interested except, why does the winner of the worst teams get a comp pick? Isn’t that just incentive for a team that is looking forward to the following years draft to suck and then try to win during playoff time to get that pick? Doesn’t that screw the rest of the league? Is this a definite?

It actually works to keep teams engaged and active all year. This gives incentive for the teams on the cusp of making the playoffs to not give up and sell, knowing that they will still have something to play for in the toilet bowl, and keeps as many teams as possible trying to win all season long. Obviously some teams will have no shot at the playoffs and will be sellers, but their teams wont be competitive enough generally to win the toilet bowl. There is a strict no tanking policy. Obvious tanking can result in being removed from the league and loss of league dues. We haven't had any issues with it so far and plan to continue implementing it in our leagues. Thanks for the interest! Let me know if you have anymore questions.. 4 spots left now!!
