Looking for an active league with a tweaked scoring system and a lot of fun? You've come to the right place. League format is similar to the Capitalist Pigs league set up by Scott Fish. Additional details can be found at the Google Doc link below:

Highlights:
  • 28 teams, 2 copies per player
  • Some Devy (14 players per season)
  • Auction style start up draft. Continuous bankroll rollover for each event
  • Plenty of offseason activities to keep owners engaged (Rookie draft, Devy draft, player auctions)
  • Rivalry weeks - progressive rivalry pot for winning 3 years in a row

Im slightly interested but I have always been turned off by the devy aspect seems like it ruins the hype of the rookie draft and makes rookie draft picks somewhat meaningless. correct me if im wrong or if theres something im missing.

You are correct to an extent. We are limiting the number of devy players to be drafted to 14 each year. Essentially 1 round of rookie startup. Eligibility is limited to college seniors/redshirt seniors.

Certainly not for everyone, but it adds a wrinkle and can be beneficial for teams building for the future.

so players who only are in college for 3 years so guys like barkley and guice wouldnt be eligible for devy?

The only Seniors of Devy actually thins it out a bit, because it takes 14 from one class. 14 overall, distributes it over 3 classes and makes each rookie draft stronger.

Also correct. Should make rookie drafts a bit stronger. That's the intention at least
