I’m putting together a 30 team start up with 2 player copies. PPR, full and balanced IDP, Superflex and TE premium with kickers and punters. Fully loaded league. League dues will be $65/year strictly through league safe and payouts will be earned for each round you advance in the playoffs.

22 starters/53 active roster/10 taxi

The league format and alignment is the NFL between the years 1995-1998 with 30 teams, 6 divisions and 2 conferences. Standard 12 team playoff. Trading will be open across the league as the 2 player copies are not exclusive to each conference.

Week 4 will be open to scheduling your own non conference opponents which will occur each off-season to give it a college football feel. Keep in mind that if you're a contender and looking to schedule an easy opponent against a rebuilding team, it may cost you a draft pick(s) for them to accept your offer to schedule them. While side bets or payments to schedule a weaker opponent during this week are encouraged, it will certainly not be required. The only requirement will be that you come to an agreement with an opponent to schedule each other for week 4 of that upcoming season.

Other things to spice things up will be considered. While I will be the commissioner, I will not see it like most commissioners do as "my league". The only thing that won't change is the basic structure and makeup of the league being IDP, Superflex and TE premium.

I've been and am currently the commissioner of several dynasty leagues but just recently got into superflex, which is why I'm trying this out.

How will the initial draft order be determined?

I prefer an auction for a startup as I believe it is more fair. Everyone gets a chance at every player. Just depends upon how much you want to pay for him. Any flexibility in starting with an auction instead?

Another question...is your IDP going to include CBs and DTs or just D-line and D-backs?

These questions are answered in the by-laws linked above. The initial draft order will be determined by a randomizer in which everyone will be emailed the results from the system immediately.

There's flexibility with a lot features of the league but we will not be utilizing an auction format.

IDP's will have specific positions: DT, DE, LB, CB, S.
