It's a free league on MFL. Unique settings make the qbs score closer to rb/wr so the super flex isn't quite as drastic as some leagues. There's a full ipd as well. Lots of veteran owners that have been in the league for a while.
This is a very strong team as you can see in the link below so not just a rebuild.
