FILLED in $56 bestball superflex league

Hey all. I have 2 orphan teams in a superflex bestball league. Might be willing to do dispersal draft with them, but thinking two new owners may want the teams as is. So, any new owners would need to agree on either option (as is or dispersal). As such, 1st owner in would get choice of team as is or request dispersal draft, but if choose a team, 1st owner would also need to be willing to do dispersal draft if the 2nd owner wanted to do that.

Okay, so that out of the way, here is the league bylaws:
12 team bestball (thru playoffs), start 1 QB, 2, RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 Superflex (QB/RB/WR/TE), 2 Flex (RB/WR/TE) - 10 total starters
We use VPs for standings in regular season

Roster of 1st team FILLED
Highlights include Dalton, Keenum, Rivers, Hyde, Ingram, McCoy, Miller, Ginn, Hurns, M Jones, Jordy, Doyle and picks 1.10, 2.10, 3.10, 4.10)

Roster of 2nd team: FILLED
Highlights include: Mahomes, T Taylor, Drake, J Howard, OBJ, Green, Ertz and several draft picks (1.07, 2.02, 2.04, 2.11, 3.04, 3.07, 4.04)

I have an owner interested in taking over the 1st team as is. Anyone interested in taking over the 2nd team as is? The 1st owner says he prefers a take over as is, but would be willing to do dispersal, but obviously prefers taking team as is.
