how about we create one on MFL and we just split the cost of the league? If you guys are not in it for the money, I’m very active, even if it’s just for fun.

I wouldn’t mind being the commish in that case. Would be my first time, but am up for it. What do you guys think?

League setup:

Only cost = cost of hosting league on MFL. Draft starts when everybody has paid.

Aim 1: activity --> Rosters are not too big, to increase activity in free agency and trades.
Aim 2: high points --> bonus in scoring for high scoring players (increased point for multiple TD or for high number of yards, or multiple sacks/interventions for the Def)

- 11 starters: 1 QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1 Def. + 1 superflex (qb, rb, wr, te) + 2 flex (rb, wr, te)
28 player roster, 4 IR, 5 taxi squad.

- First 2 rounds of 2018 rookie picks included in startup draft. Round 3-4 will be reverse order of startup draft.

- 13 gameweeks, play each team 2x (so 9 double header weeks). Followed by playoff brackets in week 14-16. No game in week 17. Weeks without double headers will be the weeks with highest number of Bye Teams, so normally week 7, 8, 9 and 10.

- Taxi squad: once activated, player cannot be demoted again. Unless if acquired via trade or in free agency (within 24h).
IR: for players that are on IR in reality only. Once deactivated, cannot be reactivated for 50 days.

- Free agents: each team gets 1000 budget to spend on free agents. Blind bids. Wed-Sun: bids will be processed at noon ET. This gives all owners the time to analyse week results, but also to do a last minute pick up before the new gameweek.

- Team ending last gets rookie pick 1.01 and so on, until 7th seeded team. First 6 teams play Superbowl bracket. Winner gets everlasting fame and rookie pick 1.12 in the next draft. Winner also gets to decide the theme of the league for following season. Last 6 teams play Toiletbowl, winner gets extra pick 1.13, runner up extra 2.13.

If owner becomes inactive for multiple weeks during the season, replacement can be looked for.

Sorry I didnt see that we were playing with no pot. I was hoping something around 20 dollars not including MFL fees

no worries, I took you out. It's really just for fun at this point. If this works, I might setup one next year with money, but it's my first as commish and the scoring is quite experimental, I don't want to do that at this point
