Looking for Dynasty Start Up or Orphan Team

Looking to join a startup dynasty league. I've played in season long formats but am interested in a new challenge.

Preferably:

Non-IDP
no salary cap
12 team max
Half PPR

Would be willing to takeover an orphan team if the league that already exists contains most of the criteria above.

I'm an active owner but am not interested in joining a super complex league.
