Dragon Ball Z 2 has two orphan teams FILLED

Hey all. I got myself in a jam, allowing 2 owners to not prepay for 2018 after their trades, with their promise that they were returning for 2018. Well, that didn't happen so now I have 2 orphan teams that I need to fill. And yes, there won't be any more "promises made" to not prepay going forward in this league (and my others).

So, the two teams do have some solid talent. League is a start 1 qb league
