New Salary Cap 12-Team Dynasty League (1 SPOT LEFT)

Hi all,

I am in the process of making a new salary cap dynasty league and have a few openings. Here are the details below. If you are interested I have the excel sheet we will be using to keep track of everything, and it also has the salary per draft position on it if you want to take a look at it. We were thinking about it, still undecided on that. It's definitely open for discussion.

can you give more of an example how the draft slots would work?

I would imiagine that 1.1 has to be a lot more money that 1.12.

Not all picks in that round can be the same.

I've never seen a salary cap start up with a snake draft, the auction price you pay is what the salary cap is

Yes that is similar to how it will work. For example, if 1.1 is $70, 1.12 may be $58. I figure the prices will start to level to the round around round 6, which may then have a set price for rounds.

The problem I've had in the past with auction was people get $300 to bid per say and they spend $250 of it by round 3 then wait till the end to get guys for $1-$5. This would ruin the salary structure for the league in my opinion.

I am going to look at this more deeply and come up with a fair price value per draft pick to help the salary structure and salary cap. I think this would help things run smoother. Everything will be sent out prior to the draft involving prices per pick.

I just did a salary cap with a 10000 start up. . Got a couple guys for 100 bucks but not an every week starter.

I just dont know where you come up with the values for the picks.

Basically would do a lot of research to find a fair price per draft position.

I'm completely open to an auction draft, it's just every auction draft I've ever done has ended up with people over paying and being left with no money to fill out their team.
