I am looking for 23 owners for the startup league called the 24 Pillars Dynasty League.

Key points

• 24 teams
  Double player pool
  Weekly Double Headers (you play two opponents every week for a total of 26 regular season matchups)
  MyFantasyLeague.com
  Superflex
  IDPs
  36 player roster (must dedicate at least 12 roster spots to IDP players)
  3 player taxi squad for rookies only (players cannot be re-designated to taxi squad after being promoted to active roster)
  3 IR spots (IR, Out or Suspended)
  Startup draft is a slow style snake draft held on MFL
  Annual rookie draft is also slow style snake draft held on MFL
  2 day voting period on trades, at least 12 owners must vote against a trade for trade to be vetoed
  Money done through leaguesafe with majority approval for payouts
  Buy in – $46 for prize pool and $4 for MFL = $50

Payouts – the payout curve provides multiple avenues to win money throughout the season. This is designed to reward teams who consistently manage their team well and not concentrate too large of a payout to the team who hits a hot streak in the playoffs.

There will also be a payout for winning the in-house survivor pool hosted on the league page.

Three playoff brackets.

• Champs playoffs – top 8 teams
  Consolation playoffs – teams 9-16
  Toilet Bowl playoffs – Team 17-24

Compensatory draft picks awarded for winning the consolation playoffs (pick 2.25) and the toilet bowl playoffs (pick 1.25).

There is also a payout for winning these lower playoff brackets.
