Need replacement owner for existing IDP Dynasty League

I had to weed out 4 owners that weren't being competitive or wanted easier league ---Need 4 new owners then we get drafting...
1 of a kind league with many added elements.
--new take over team gets extra funds for the auction drafts
--Entry is $50 + (site fee 5-10 all split) - $ held at leaguesafe.com -
-53 man active roster + taxi squad (20 keepers from 2 NFL franchises, 5 keepers from past drafted rookies, past auction FA, past auction RFA) so 25 keepers each season (no salaries carry over except franchise tagged/RFA keepers (will explain further later)
--3 separate drafts each off-season (Open NFL franchise draft, free agent auction, & rookie draft in that order)
--26 starters in weekly lineup including your head coach
--Payouts to winner, 2nd place, most points in season, most points in a week --contests throughout season to add to your Open franchise/free agent auction/waiver wire funds for following season
--home field advantage for better record teams in playoffs --better seeded team gets to pick playoff opponent
