Fanatic Fantasy League Bylaws

1 - League Organization

The Fanatic Fantasy League will be governed by the Commissioner; Nathan Bright.

2 - Teams

The league will consist of 14 teams and must be named after whatever each individual owner chooses.

3 - Rosters

The in season roster limit is 25 players. There will also be 3 injured reserve spots in which players must be on NFL IR to qualify. Starting line ups: QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, Flex (RB/WR/TE), Flex(RB,WR,TE), OP(QB/RB/WR/TE) - 9 total

5 – Rookie/FA Drafts

There will be a straight 4 round rookie draft that will begin 3-4 weeks following the real NFL Draft. The draft order will be determined by the previous season’s final standings; total points will be used to break ties. A 24 hour clock will be used. Rookie picks 1, 2, 3, 4 can be traded during the season for the coming Rookie Draft. Trading rookie picks more than a year out is prohibited.

6 - Schedule

Each team plays a 13 week regular season schedule.

7 - Playoffs

The playoffs will begin in week 14. The top 6 teams will advance. The top 2 teams will receive a first round bye. In the event in which 2 teams are tied for either a playoff spot or seed, total points will be used to break ties.

8 - Trades

Accepted trades will be automatically processed although the Commissioner have the right to veto any trade. Only instance where a trade will be vetoed is if it clear two teams are colluding. Trades can be made of players and/or draft picks(up to 1 year in the future) until week 12 and will resume the day after the fantasy season ends.

9 - Waivers/Free Agents

In season the league will use blind bidding to acquirer players that are on waivers. Waivers will process on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 11am. Free agents will be locked during the off-season until the Rookie/FA Draft has concluded. Then we will proceed with blind bidding for FA using the following years FAAB.

Each team will have $1000 to use each season which includes off season blind bidding and in season blind bidding. No balance will carry over from season to season and each team will have their bidding dollars reset at the start of the new Fleaflicker season.

10 - League Fees

The annual league fee will be $50.00 USD. A $25.00 advance payment will be required of everyone owner for their first year in the league. So, $75.00 will be paid if the first year and $50.00 every year after. Dues will be handled through LeagueSafe.

11 - League Payouts

League payouts will be distributed as soon as possible after the Championship game.

Payout will be as followed:

Winner: $475.00

Runner-up: $150.00

Most Points Scored During Regular Season: $75.00

Payouts can be changed after any given season.

12 - Other

The Commissioner reserve the right to replace any owner deemed detrimental to the league for any reason which includes but not limited to inactivity. Any proposed rule change may be put to vote if the commissioner feels necessary. If the change is put to vote then the proposed change will be voted on by all league members including the commissioner.

If an owner decides he/she no longer wants to participate in the league, they will not receive a refund of future years dues.
