Looking for Startup, no more than $20!

I'm fairly new to Dynasty and I've adopted an orphan. That league is fairly settled and it's impossible to trade fairly, so I'm looking for s startup (no more than 20 bucks please!)

Preferences:
PPR and HPPC (half point per carry)
IDP isn't a must, but if it is I'd prefer 2-3 DB DL and LB positions.
No contract or auction please! Snake all the way (I've never done an auction, don't want to screw myself)
I would prefer ESPN just because they have an app, but I'm down for whatever platform
PLEASE be trade-active! I've never EVER been in a league, regardless of format, that's is actually actively trading.
