Looking for a Salary Cap League

Looking to join a salary cap, ideally 16 team (also open to 14 teams), PPR, IDP dynasty league. Start-up or orphan team is fine with me. I'm an experienced owner who has played in 2 such leagues already for several years. Please let me know if you have any openings or know of any such leagues.
