Last minute opening in 12 team PPR league

Hello, all, have one owner who has completely ignored all requests for contact from me as the commish so I have removed him from the league

The league is a 12-team PPR league, 26 man rosters, start QRRWWWFTKD, in its 4th year on MFL. Annual dues are $50, and we keep $25 on deposit for a year ahead to allow pick trading. Team is a a bit of a project with the following highlights:

QB: Rivers, A. Smith
RB: J. Hill, D. Martin
WR: D. Thomas, Aiken, Quick
TE: Clay, Barnidge
K: Tucker

Picks: 2.07, 3.01, 3.07, 4.07, 5.07
All 18 picks intact

Normally, $75 for an incoming owner ($50 for current year and $25 toward next year). However, I will sell this team for $50 ($25 for current year and $25 deposit toward 2018).
