2nd year league. 2 owners haven't paid yet, so I'm opening up their teams. 1/2 point PPR.

16 team league, $100 per year + $5 Fantrax fee. 50% payment this year + 50% payment for next year in order to trade one year in advance (requirement). All money is hosted on LeagueSafe. Trading opens as soon as all payments are in.

$960 goes to the player pot, $650 for 1st, $210 for 2nd, $100 for 3rd.

$160 goes to the Dynasty pot

$480 goes to three side pots:
- $160 Best Regular Season Record
- $160 Most Points Regular Season
- $160 Single Week High Score
