What you saw, was my other12 team league, that has the same rules, but that team is in fact filled, this is a start-up, we have 7 teams taken so far, and i'm hoping to do a start-up draft (starting about ) May 1st

Okay! As long as it's the same set up, which I believe looking at rules it is, I would be in. It'll be my first salary cap league but I want my first salary league to be a start up
