How we gonna do 2 QBs in a 16 team league?

Also, am I understanding the rookie draft slotting correctly?.........Let's say I have pick 17 in the startup. I can, at that pick, announce I want the 1.01 and I'm slotted first overall for the rookie draft while forfeiting my selection at 17? Yes?

That's correct. At pick 17, instead of drafting a player, you can draft "Rookie 1st slot". By doing that, you get the 1st pick in each round of the rookie draft.

And as far as doing 2QB in a 16 teamer...it's just a matter of trying to balance rosters. Best case scenario, each team has 2 starting QBs. If all QBs stay healthy, then teams will only have to deal with bye weeks as far as starting 2 QBs. However, it is likely that not every team will have two startable QBs to begin with. That is part of the strategy. Teams may wait on QBs and load up on other spots, although I wouldn't recommend it. This is all part of the fun though...trying to get a multiple starting QBs and building around them.

That's fine just trying to figure everything out. No limit to how many QBs one owner can roster correct? An owner can submit an "incomplete" lineup? i.e. 1 QB or no DE? Just trying to get everything sorted out bud.

Yeah owners will be able to submit "incomplete" lineup if they don't have the position. Although eith the roster size, you should be able to start a player at every position (even say if it's a backup QB or someone that won't put up any points).
