Need 1 ACTIVE owner for dispersal draft in 24 team South Park/Family Guy Dynasty

We had two guys drop out of our league for next season. One spot is filled. So I'm looking for 1 more ACTIVE new owners. To join our league, and have a 2 team dispersal draft. It will be held on the league message board. Draft order will be a random order ( I will use fftoolbox random draft order) It will be a snake draft.

*This is a 24 team PPR dynasty league.
*This is a Victory Points league
*It uses characters from South Park and Family Guy (You must pick character from that conference.. First to pay gets conference selection. We have one South Park, and one Family Guy spot to fill.
*We have 2 conference (South Park and Family Guy)
*Currently we are have 4-3 team divisions in each (Voting now to possible move to 1-12 team conference each)
*It has 1 duplicate player (So there's two OBJ's and so on)

Fees
*All fees are through Leaguesafe (I have some that prefer to use Paypal, your decision)
*League fee is $100 plus the MFL site fee divided by 24 owners
*You will be required to put down a $25 deposit for this season
*Last year's total was $128.30 per owner

* SP conference champ: $25
* FG conference champ: $25
* Division winners: $25
* Weekly high score: $50
* Most VP after week 12: $100

Rosters
*In season there's a 24 player max, 16 player minimum (Rosters expand to 30 on January 1st)
*We have an unlimited IR

Schedule and Playoffs
*We play a 12 game regular season schedule
*Playoff run from weeks 13-16
*Each conference has 6 team playoff.. And conference champs play in week 16 for league title
