Startup auction, large rosters with IDP, jointly-managed teams with actual roles for each person.
I'm not interested in joining any other leagues, but this whole "team" concept with running a team sounds awesome!
If you are interested in being part of a team comment below and state what part you would ideally want to run (Owner/GM, Offense, Defense.)
I'm sure it won't be hard to pair people up to put teams together.
