Hi everyone,
I run a college fantasy league heading into its second year. Last year was a pilot program and some folks loved it and some didn't. As such, only 12 of the 18 owners returned so we have up to 6 spots remaining. Because it is college and there is a deep player pool we can easily roll with 16 or 18 owners, but 18 is preferred.

Details:
-Live draft 8/24/2016 at 8 p.m., 16 round draft 1 minute 25 seconds per pick
-Head to head, points based league on fantrax (no restrictions on player pool)
-Two divisions of 9 teams each. Top 6 make playoffs, division winners get byes.
-$50 buy in run through LeagueSafe
-Payouts to top 3 (60/30/10 percent)
-Starting Rosters: 2 Qb, 2 RB, 2 WR, 2 flex (RB/wr/te)
-Rosters have about 16 players plus an IR
-Unlimited transactions
-Waivers are reverse order of standings
-League votes on trades
-Standard scoring, 6 pts for rushing TD (including QBs), PPR
-Scoring starts each week on Tuesday
-First game of the season (Hawaii) doesn't count since Hawaii places 2x in one week
