16 Team Dynasty, Inaugural Year, .5 pt PPR. $100, Yahoo

Postby Nirv27 » Thu Jun 30, 2016 9:39 pm

Looking to fill out the this new dynasty league for it's inaugural season. Few spots left and looking to hold the first draft at the end of July. LeagueSafe will open up for payments once all spots are filled. League information and by-laws are below. Email me at marinerlangley@yahoo.com if interested. Hosted on Yahoo. Draft will be held on Fleaflicker.

Thanks

--------------------

League is $100, all financed through LeagueSafe, and 100% of money goes
back into the player pot. $960 of the $1600 goes to first ($650), second
($210), and third place ($100), all voted on by majority. $160 will go
to the Dynasty Pot every year and $480 will be divided between three
separate side pots divided into equal $160 pots.

Side Pots are:

Undefeated Season (to include playoffs) - $160

High point total (season) - $160

One-week high-score - $160

Any money not won from a side-pot (undefeated season) will be
automatically transferred to the Dynasty Pot. Side Pots are subject to
change prior to the draft.

50% deposit on the following year will be required. This means the
inaugural season will run $150 total and following seasons will only run
$100 ($50 current year buy-in + $50 deposit for the following year).
Managers deciding not to return after a season will forfeit their
deposit for the following year and that money will go directly into the
dynasty pot.

Dynasty Pot will be winnable with the following conditions:

Back-to-back championships

Winning all three Side Pots in one year

16 teams, no divisions, head-to-head and tiebreaker is based on point
total for. The live snake draft is set to begin in July and the draft will
be finalized will be finalized once all payments are received. The inaugural draft will also be
randomized at that time as well. All draft pick trades will be tracked and managed so every manager
knows exactly what draft picks are available throughout the season and
before the draft. All draft pick trades will be made through a dedicated
message board draft thread.

Post-season the draft will be determined by the following rules:

Playoff teams will be awarded picks in the reverse order of standings.
Teams ranked 7-12 will be awarded draft spots based on a consolation
tournament, with the winner getting the 5th draft pick and so on.
Tie-breakers will be determined by points. Teams Ranked in the bottom
four will be awarded picks based on reverse order of standings with last
place receiving the 1st pick and so on.

Future drafts will have a off-line 3-round rookie and free-agent draft.

Roster spots are:

1 QB

3 WR

2 RB

1 TE

1 WR/RB/TE

1 K

1 D/ST

10 Bench

3 IR

Rosters will be expanded to 25 following the draft and must be cut down
to 20 prior to the start of the regular season. Waivers/Free Agents
will open up following the draft every year.

3 quarterbacks are the maximum and one team can carry on a roster during the season. 4 quarterbacks during the off-season.

league and you can review on the league page.

Some league by-laws:

Inactive managers:

Managers that do not set an active lineup by game-time are given a 1st
notice warning. If they don't not set a lineup again by 2 hours prior to
the 1st game of the week on Sunday the following week, the roster will
be locked and the league commissioner will set the lineup for them based
off most projected points. At that point, the manager will be

removed from the league and a replacement manager will be sought. The
1st notice warning does not revert even if the manager retakes control
in the second week. This means if a manager misses 2 weeks during the
season even if they are not in conjunction, they are removed from the
league.

Inactive rostered players:

Players are deemed inactive on game-day if they are on by week or are injured and listed as "out".

Locked team free agent pick-ups:

In the event a locked team has no available players at a certain position, the commissioner reserves the right to pick up a player from
the free agent market 2 hours prior to the start of the 1st game on
Sunday of that week. The player to be picked up will be projected as
having the most projected points at that position that is available.
The commissioner reserves the right to drop a player that will have the
least impact on the team and the rest of the league. No waiver claims
will be made for locked teams.

Replacement managers:

Replacement managers will pay into the league a percentage of the $100
league fee based on how much of the 16 week season is remaining. All
money from replacement managers will be proportioned into each pot based on percentage. The 50% deposit for the following year will be required. Replacement managers are eligible for end-of-season payouts.

Manager-less teams:

Teams where a replacement manager cannot be found are not eligible for
the playoffs. If a team without a manager would have made the playoffs or wins a Side Pot,
that spot will revert to the next eligible team in the rankings. Manager-less teams are not eligible for end-of-season payouts.

Protested trades:

It is the responsibility of the league managers to protest a trade. If a
trade receives 2 protests the commissioner will review the trade and
put it up for a league vote. Trade protests will be done via the league message board. The league vote will last 2 days, with a
judgement call made by the commissioner to shorten the vote based on
player availability for that week's games. Trade protests will be made
based on collusion and fair-play rather than owners just disliking the
trade and how it affects his/her team. The commissioner reserves the
right to make the final call on all trades, but will adhere to the
league's vote as much as reasonably possible.

Collusion:

Owners deemed guilty of collusion will be removed from the league immediately. Replacement manager rules will then be enforced. "Rental" players are not allowed and will fall under the collusion category.

Tanking:

Owners deemed guilty of tanking will be removed from the league immediately. Replacement manager rules will then be enforced.

Commissioner:

The commissioner reserves the right to make the final call on all league
actions. The commissioner will only deviate from the league by-laws
under exceptional circumstances.
