Looking for free startup

Really into dynasty football, very dedicated, and I'd love to join another startup soon so we'll have time for a rookie draft later.

Prefer a free league but will pay fees to play on MFL.

I would also be interested in a new startup preferably 12-16 team. No problem paying (under $100) and prefer owners pay for 1.5 years upfront.
