Startup Dynasty looking for a few owners

Startup Dynasty league looking for 4 owners to fill the league and begin startup auction towards the end of July. Here is the overview.

-14 teams, $50 per year, leaguesafe
-Flexible lineups including superflex
-Currency based system. Startup auction and future rookie drafts are auctions. Money carries over year to year.
-Unique scoring rules includes PPR, PP Carry, PP 1st Down, TE premium
-Legacy ($100 per year carries over into jackpot. 1st team to win consecutive league titles wins jackpot)
-Toilet Bowl playoffs with winner receiving an extra draft pick

I'm looking for experienced, active, knowledgeable, and mature owners. Please don't contact me to join the league unless you have read through the league bylaws. If you are interested please send me some basic info about yourself. I basically need some type of evidence that you are competent and willing to put in the effort to be a quality owner.

I'm in this league and it is gonna be great! A lot of thought has gone into the bylaws, auction format and general league design. Having a solid commish is 50% of the battle when having a good, consistent, long-lasting league. I'm joining this league as much for the commissioner as I am for other aspects.
