I like the Hunt pick at 7 and love the Williams pick at 13. Howard and Njoku may be good buy low targets for you in a year or 2, as it usually takes a while for rookie TEs to become consistent fantasy producers and those owners may become frustrated if they expected immediate results.

I'd take that deal just for the value. You get a top 3 TE for a very cheap price. Your depth at RB would be weak, but you can always make a move later in the season if you're contending.

Unless it's a SF league, this is an easy accept. Allen is far and away the best player in this trade.

Pass on both. Matthews for Lynch is really bad value. There is a time when sacrificing value for a championship run makes sense, but it's not in the offseason. There's no guarantee that Lynch returns to form, and certainly no guarantee that he holds up the entire season.
