In a straight up dynasty league, no. In a contract league though, it could situationally be a yes if you are competing and the LB spot will help you more short term than the rb spot. Also depends if you are before or after free agency and what options are available there

If you are only starting 2 DBs there is no way to make them anywhere close to as valuable as offensive players. If people in the league believe this scoring will accomplish that I would say pick up mckinney and start selling DBs for offense
