Re: I'm tinkering but help anyway
So looking at your scoring system, the difference between Keuchly at 17.29 ppgp and the LB10 is 2 ppgp, and the LB 20 is roughly 5 ppgp. I'm not sure I'd call that a major point advantage over 98% of the LB field but I feel like I'm splitting hairs saying that. So I will say that I feel like you hav...

Re: Whitehead or Levy? Which one and why?
Now, I had just started dipping a toe into IDP in 2014 and I could be WAY off here but at the risk of making myself look like an idiot in the search for enlightenment, I feel like I need to do it. Was a large part of Levy's success in Detroit not at least partially due to the loss of Tulloch for th...

Re: I'm tinkering but help anyway
What about offering something like Duke Johnson+ Bobby Wagner for his Kuechly? If your IDP scoring is legit then Luke offers a huge weekly advantage over 98%% of LBs I'd like to see that scoring system Coogan. Based on a balanced/tackle heavy scoring system which awards 1.5 points per tackle and 4 ...

Re: I'm tinkering but help anyway
Absolutely. I totally hear you. I've made trades similar to this with the same concept in mind. Like I said. Just my opinion and my honest objective view on it.

Re: I'm tinkering but help anyway
For reference you can start 3 LBs Two are required, and you'll likely play 3. You can also play 5 WR's . f you are looking to acquire Keuchly because you want him and he'd look good on your team, by all means do it. That's part of the fun of the game. Hell, I own Keuchly for that very reason. Love ...

Re: I'm tinkering but help anyway
You do not NEED Keuchly in a start 2 LB league with that LB core. Moncrief could easily be your WR 3 within 2 years if DT falls off and White underwhelms. WR is a tougher spot to find replacement production. The point difference between the LB 1 and the LB 10 is just not large enough of a gap to jus...

Re: IDP Keeper League
If I was CONFIDENT I could get a viable QB, I'd keep Jones with a start 4 DB requirement. Their production can be a bit difficult to predict year to year but having a top 3 guy would give you a clear positional advantage there. You only play 3 WR even if you play one in the flex and I'd rather play ...

Re: IDP Keeper League
It will be easier to help if you give everyone some details on your league.
Starting lineup requirements?
Roster limit?
Number of teams?
Scoring for offense and defense?

Re: Commisioners: What do you do when polls tie?
You make the decision as commissioners, not as a league vote. I agree with this 100% in regards to processing trades and other day to day functions of the league or when a change is proposed that would greatly alter the structure or my vision for the league. I turn to league polls and votes when it...

Re: Corey Coleman w. Josh Gordon Poll
I was not that big of a fan of Coleman to begin with. That being said I think this hurts him. The main reason I kept seeing that people liked him was that he was going to be the WR1 and get a ton of targets. Now he'll clearly be the WR2 and I don't think the Browns have enough offense to support 2 ...

Re: Josh Gordon back....
Its interesting, do I think that he will be the Josh Gordon of old, No. However the Josh Gordon of old didnt have anyone on the field but him that was worth a damn. Now Gordon, C Coleman, Barnage and Duke Johnson, plus RG3 that makes it very interesting. I will tell you that this makes me value Col...
