Re: Aidan O'Connell: The Man, The Myth, The Legend

There's only room for one mustache in Las Vegas, and it's name is Gardner. #2 is not an option Minshew was a #2 who became an option. https://www.nfl.com/news/no-2-is-not-an-option-for-jaguars-qb-gardner-minshew "The mustachioed quarterback who once authored a mania down in Duval appar...

Re: Where does Justin Jefferson play 2025?

JJ will sign a new contract with the Vikings. I think that's the most likely situation. Id agree. players of this caliber just do not walk historically. Incumbents usually find a way to extend them. I think his comments about Cousins were pretty much required. If he says anything different & th...

Re: Where does Justin Jefferson play 2025?

JJ is currently set to play the 2024 season on his 5th year option. With Vikings bringing in Sam Darnold after JJ's comments about Vikings long term plan at QB affecting his decision to sign an extension or not, where do we think Jefferson will be next year (on a most likely record WR contract, if ...

Re: 2024 Free Agency

It's a general rule. Entering the NFL draft, you definitely want to put yourself into a position of glaring need with a desire to move up. That way, the other teams see your plight and extend some help, give you some cheap deals to get you the franchise guy.

Re: 2024 Free Agency

Where are my Vikings fans at? Waking up to them signing Sam Darnold has me wanting to just start drinking now I love it so far for the Vikings. We'll get one of the rookie QBs, signed Aaron Jones, and added three solid defenders. It's go time. Which rookie QB? The top 3 guys would be too much to mo...

Don't fret. The Vikings paid him twice as much as the 49ers did, so he'll be twice as good.

Re: 2024 Free Agency

Looks like Kurt finally decided to formally test FA. I don't see Vikes as a potential suitor now. They don't want to get into a bidding war for a guy they wanted to take a team friendly deal. Agreed. I think Atlanta will sign Cousins, and the Vikings will end up with a rookie QB plus a bridge veter...

Re: Any interest in a pre-draft board assessment of players vs draft capital?

This is an interesting idea, sounds like a fun exercise. The first issue that comes to mind for me is...opinions are largely an echo chamber, and an exercise like this will simply bring that to light. I admittedly base my opinions on a lot of players...on what the community tells me about him. I don...

Re: 2024 Free Agency

Mike Evans resigning with the Bucs. Reported 2 years, $52m. Higgins tagged. Pittman probably tagged? Who’s the best WR likely to be available…Ridley? Hollywood? I was thinking about this yesterday as I have Christian Kirk. With Ridley moving on, how do we view thee Jaguars WR's at this point? All t...

Re: 2024 Combine

Top 10 NFL drafted QB. No reason to avoid him in rookie drafts. IF he's drafted early, then sure, might as well bet on him. Was it not Levis that was once heavily rumored to be going as first overall? Reality is, we just don't know what the NFL thinks of some of these guys yet. They probably don't ...

Re: Unpopular Opinion: You will waste your premium 1st round pick on Kyle Pitts.

After their 1st 3 years Pitts - 2049 Yards (149 receptions, 259 targets) Ertz - 2024 Yards (169 receptions, 258 targets) Kelce - 1737 Yards (138 receptions, 190 targets) That's slightly misleading, Kelce missed his entire rookie year. Of which most people (on a dynasty football forum) should be awa...
