I agree with PhadedCN. If I'm buying Rawls, I am waiting until after the NFL draft. A lot of people are projecting the Seahawks to draft an RB early. If they don't draft anybody in the first 3 rounds, I would probably pay a late 1st round pick for him. Probably not Mid first though.

I expect Cinci to add depth at WR in the draft. I think he will see a slight increase in targets but I expect AJ to benefit the most from the other WRs leaving. As for ranking, he was already near/at the top so it can't really change his value much IMO.
