I'll be the contrary voice here, and barely take the 1.03 side (mostly because I like John Brown as a great buy low)... that said I am not sure it would be enough to make me make the trade either way.

Excellent start, but echoing others, you need to build up your WR depth. I would also keep my eyes open for a better #2 TE. Personally with only 20 man rosters, I wouldn't want to carry more than 2 QBs or TEs. I would rather use those roster spots for WR depth.
