I prefer McFadden to Wells, always have. Why trade away McFadden who is finally emerging for a player who may continue to have problems staying on the field? You've suffered the past two seasons waiting for McFadden to get his NFL legs, why put yourself through that again?

I'm afraid that shipped sailed -- you won't get Foster that cheaply now. However, you might be able to target DWill, who hasn't burst out yet, in exchange for Henne or Sanchez to a team desperate for QB help... also, I'd consider offering Flacco for Roethlisberger plus something... maybe an RB upgra...

Would it be unfair to say you can keep one IDP player? So if you used a relatively high pick in our inaugural draft one someone you have a chance to retain that pick? hm. yeah, I suppose that would be something to consider... perhaps a Willis was taken early, so that owner shouldn't be punished.......

this is one of those harsh lessons for the owner of team A to not give up on their studs after a couple of low scoring weeks.

I think a roster size close to twice the number of starters is ideal - I prefer slightly less in a 16 team league, but in a 12 team league with 12 starters, between 20 and 25 roster spots sound reasonable to me. What do you do in the off season? I think cutting down 1/3 of your roster is a good idea...
