Eifert I believe is overrated (TD dependent) but in a deep TE league you can do better. Go get Julio though.

Cooper Hurns seems to be more reliable to me.

I'm holding Mathews for now. If Eagles don't add a back I'd love to include in a package for a young starter.

Great 180 on those WRs and your TEs are still very strong. Of course you'll need some help somewhere and its RB but now you can all your focus in that.

I'm in a 14 team TE premium PPR but I value beckham, Watkins, Evans, Hopkins, etc....slightly more cause of gronks extensive injury history. He's huge and that leaves you open for a lot of hits. Not to mention guys have publicly talked about going for his knees.
