Until New Orleans drafts a QB with decent capital...you'd have to imagine it's an open competition...Taysom Hill would be a nice story but he'll be 29 years old next year and hasn't been anything more than a 3rd string QB up until this point.

It's definitely not Arizona, their season could get ugly.

I'd really consider doing it since you have Goff and Tannehill for 2018 and Mayfield for 2019 (if Tannehill gets replaced)

He's a fine player to pick up when others are drafting those 4th, 5th+ round receivers at the end of drafts.

He may turn out to be a zero but so do a lot of rookie WRs.

Ryan Grant may also be someone to keep an eye out for, in a similar situation to Wilson.
