I think the team is fine, and you might as well try to win the first few weeks. I wouldn't start selling guys like Ertz until you commit fully to a rebuild. I'd try to get some more firsts next year if you're trying to rebuild right now.

In a vacuum that's an easy accept, with your roster it's tough giving up your RB. I love Drake this year but the future is murky. I think I'd take it and work at improving your RBs.

I would definitely be trying to move Gurley, but not for Waller probably. I'd see if you could turn Gurley+ into a 2021 1st. If you're set on Sutton I'd try Gurley + Cooks and see if that can get you Sutton.
