Hard to argue against taking a first round pick for a guy who has done nothing in the NFL yet and his value is predominately based on if Gronk misses time. Even then his value is unknown. Might be best to cash out this high before his value bottoms out.

Hold out until you can get one of your top RB's for a top WR. I would think you could get Demaryius Thomas. It seems like people are worried about Welker being in Denver and that everyone is in love with Julio, Dez, Cobb, Calvin more than DT.
