Should teams out of the playoff race be banned from waiver claims too??

As a Julio owner he's just not for sale. It's not hard to find a solid no name player in ppr who will put up 10-15 points and hang with name brand every week starters. It's hard to put a price on a player who can put up 40 and single handedly win you a week.

Thank you to everyone for your input. I went ahead and traded for TY. I have Beckham and Julio already and am trying to build an elite receiving core as the foundation of my team.

This is my first year doing dynasty so I'm still learning the ins and outs. Im trying to avoid making a bad trade. My head says take Hilton but the rookie in me is scared off a little by him and Luck this season, not to mention the emergence of moncrief. Thanks all for the input.
