I'd go Harvin. Moreno has played great, and this is a year where he stayed healthy, but what happens when Peyton leaves in a year or two? Harvin offers more upside.

I joined a dynasty league this year that uses formations. I bought into a fire sale team that was in shambles. I had a good draft and hit the wire hard. The formations gave me options to be more competitive based on the match-ups. It's my first experience with formations. I'm definitely a fan.
