Re: JJ Watt v. Leo Williams v. Aaron Donald

Lemme rephrase, why Donald in a startup? If we're assuming his price to be higher than Leo's, wouldn't your preference be the same whether you're trading for him or drafting him?

Help me glean some insight here. I'm looking to maybe buy-low on Leo.

Re: Lost Watt, what's a good offer for DL Ingram?

Non contender has Ingram, balanced to low IDP scoring (Ingram has 54 points so far), what's a good starting offer? I read this as: you have Ingram and are looking to capitalize on his value to a contender. I would identify all contenders that need a starting DE now. Look over all of their assets an...

JJ Watt v. Leo Williams v. Aaron Donald

Legit question: Which is a prime buy-low? All of these guys are playing DE in a 3-4, but would easily transition to 3-tech in a 4-3 base scheme. - JJ Watt will be 29 years old next season with one lost season on his resume (back). - Leo Williams will be 24 years old next season with zero missed game...

Re: Milano

We'll see, as I believe he's next man up. I didn't rate him very high coming into the league, and his size is a concern. Humber may not be lost for the year, so hopefully Milano can hold his own if only for a month.

Re: The Most Dissapointing IDP's So Far...

I'll add my vote for Morgan Burnett. He's getting LB reps with DB tag. A broken cheat code! Bruce Irvin was my preseason favorite for 15 sacks, but daaaaaaaaamn the Raiders staff is bad. All that talent and they are putrid... I don't roster any of the above mentioned guys, but I've been trying to bu...

Re: Hicks or Cunningham?

I see them in your sig and checking settings, you only start 2. That's 32 starting each week, so roughly 40 LBs have any value at all. I think Cunningham 'could' become a top 40 LB, but why in the world do you have Su'a Cravens rostered?!!

Just playin. But seriously. Drop him. For Cunningham.

Re: Sheldon Rankins

Depending on the value of DTs in any particular settings, Rankins is looking like his 2017 may not be a breakout year. He is currently getting a high volume of snaps through two weeks, but losing Nick Fairley in the offseason could be the reason he is unable to convert that volume into meaningful pr...

Re: Shaq Thompson

He's probably only rosterable in leagues of 14+ teams. 12-teamers can safely let him sit on waivers. I'm holding him in a 16-team league because A) he's really not tradable, and B) he's backing up two guys (Luke/Davis) with a long list of reasons to hold insurance policies. At this point, I've trimm...

Re: Fix IDP leagues

These are great! Keep em coming. Lukky, I would disagree with the sentiment that interior DL are inferior DL. Let's just say that Watt is only a DE by base scheme, but really he'd be interior lineman in most cases. I believe he does line up at DT often. As does Leo Williams... along with a host of 6...

Fix IDP leagues

I'm always pretty stocked at 3D LBs. However, I have the luxury of starting a DT2 instead of an LB4 in a DT-weighted league, which is a significant advantage. My DTs are Buckner and Cox. It is sad to see that there are still too many leagues that value mediocre-to-bad linebackers over elite interior...

Don't shake up your team just to add another LB
This was my first impression, as well.

Re: Injured players: Hold or Cut?

Foster is young enough to stash on IR if you have room. I'd dump Freeman at his age, tho. The main players worth an IR stash on defense will be DEs and elite LBs or DBs. I wouldn't use valuable roster/IR spots for middling IDPs.
