Re: Ajayi or 1.05

A RB at 1.02 + Ajayi would balance your team pretty well. You could roll the dice to see if a top back falls to 1.05, but Ajayi is in a good situation to perform just as well.

Re: Acquiring the 1.04 or 1.05 (10 team league)

I own the 1.04 and agree with both of the above. 2018 1st by itself does nothing. I do agree that ajayi and the 1st is a bit much BUT I think that is the kind of offer it will take if you want to get someone's attention and move up into the top 4 prospects That's exactly where I'm at. Ajayi alone i...

Re: Acquiring the 1.04 or 1.05 (10 team league)

Ajayi + 2018 1st should do it. I value Ajayi around the 1.06 mark because he had what 600+ of his total rushing yards in 3 games. I think its going to need both and for you to offer a 2018 1st by itself is actually extremely insulting considering the depth and value this draft has. I know something...

Acquiring the 1.04 or 1.05 (10 team league)

I don't need to do this because I already have the 1.01 & 1.07. But, curiosity can't help but explore this option. I was thinking of offering either Jay Ajayi or my 2018 1st round pick (plus a player) to the owners of the (2017) 1.04 & 1.05 pick. My question is, are either of these offers in...

Re: Jack Doyle

Is there a reason no one here is even mentioning Swoope? I'm snatching him up where I can. I saw him a little last year and he looked impressive. I suppose it depends on how deep your roster & league is. I'm in a 10 team league, so I know he'll be available on waivers for a while. He's an inter...

Re: Completed trade who won?

I voted for even. But, I'm actually more interested in just how in bloody hell you acquired that roster? With that roster you should have zero issues destroying your league. How did your other teams allow you to essentially corner the market at every position group?

I'd agree with this. You may try pairing the 2.12 and a 3.02 and see how close that gets you to the top of the 2nd.

Re: Tyrell Williams or the 1.7

At this point I would lean toward the 1.07, but the offer is fair. I think Williams could be a solid WR, but my hunch tells me rookie fever hasn't peaked yet. After the draft, even if you like Williams, chances are you can get more for the 1.07 as a bargaining chip. Williams is a safe play though.

Re: Tyler Lockett

I'm a little worried about the injury he had late last season. It looked brutal. Compound fractures are brutal for sure. The good news is there was no ligament damage. Just the tib & fib. So far, there hasn't been any news that he isn't on schedule to be ready this season. That said, he's still...

Re: Player Movement

Yes, in general the more active owners will have more success. I don't do a lot of trades because my league is as equally frustrating to deal with as the examples mentioned already. But I'm a waiver wire junkie. Over 20 of my 37 players have been waiver wire additions. I took 2nd our first year and ...

It's a horrible spot. He's worthless behind Bennett. That owner better have a plan in the draft or WW. Or, he better swallow his pride and make a deal.

Re: Landon Collins + 1.12 or 1.03

Exactly. Remember guys like Corey Graham. Stud in 2015, JAG in 2016. He may have dropped 90 points in one season. Now he's been released by Buffalo.

Dashon Goldson was another good DB in 2015. Top 5 or so, then he was cut before 2016.

Re: J.Howard value

I posted the trade on twitter, and it was 70/30 in favor of the 1.04 pick. Rookie fever at its finest! I'd take Cook or LF over him, but no way I'd take one of the WRs or even Mixon/C-Mac over him... I voted for Howard just because I could see Fournette, Cook & Mixon going 1-3. I wouldn't want ...

Re: Landon Collins + 1.12 or 1.03

I agree. DB's are way too volatile from year to year. If you're weak at RB, keep the 1.03. DB's might be the easiest position to stream if you're light at that position. I had Reshad Jones, Clayton Geathers & Tyrann Mathieu all miss significant time last year to injury. I ended up streaming guys...

Re: Jack Doyle

I'd still rather have Doyle by himself in Indy, than Kendricks in GB sharing time with Martellus Bennett.
