If his TDs regress a bit and he keeps his sub-4 YPC, I think the community will treat him like last year was the anomaly and he'll be back to 6th-7th round startup ADP. I think the offer is fair, but I'd rather trade the 1.08-1.10 picks for a pick in the 1.04-1.06 range.

In a 12 team league with 4 pt passing TD (i'm guessing that's what you meant), I voted 1.10.

Offer 3 is the biggest win for you. Hilton is worth a lot more than Miller in most leagues, and the Foreman pick doesn't do much to inspire confidence.

Zay Jones and Chris Godwin with that team.

I'd really try to take Zay and trade the other pick for a vet with upside.
