Have you thought about using Leaguesafe rather than paypal to store the funds?? That would probably have more owners join. The topic has come up. With our payout structure and multiple owners who use paypal a lot, Leaguesafe would just be a burden. Their payouts options are lame and honestly a few ...

the rules you're proposing seem quite draconian. ideally you would find owners who don't have to be fined into checking their team every 3 days minimum. however, i love the idea of a high buy in. $200 buy-in attracts only the most serious owners. can't see quite alot of people on here getting into ...
