What are the roster sizes? How many roster spaces do you have? How many draft picks?

I think the value is with the players in a vacuum. Depending on roster configuration, however, it might be very helpful getting rid of roster-cloggers for picks.

I have no idea why you'd trade away a young, top-5 Dynasty WR for this in general.

Specifically, for your team and league with shallow lineups, a ton of draft capital already, and four locked-in WRs (I'm including MJH), it makes even less sense to me.

FWIW, last Sunday (a few hours before Wilson went to Pittsburgh), I traded him for 2.09 and a 2nd in 2026 (team 1 in sig.). Still not completely sure how I feel about it... and I am sure that was about max value right now.

I wouldn't. In a no-flex league, you have Kirk, Watson, and Addison on the bench. I'm not sure whatever rookie you get at 1.08 would be better regarded than any of them.
