I think the ideal situation for you is to make both deals happen. Having 1.01 gets you the guy you want most, then having flexibility at picks 5 - 7 to take the 3 BPA is good. Adding darts in that range is a good option.

I wouldn't say you're stacked at WR. I'd trade for the 1.02 and Take Fournette, Davis back-to-back and McCaffrey/Mixon whichever falls to 1.04.

Get rid of the 1sts and I think it's pretty fair. No reason you should part with any picks in that trade.

If he's there at 1.05 I'd grab Davis

Of those trade options only JMatt and the 1st interests me for Kelce, but I might lean towards not trading him. What other TE's do you have, that's a huge factor to me.

Mixon. Maybe he shares the backfield this year, but next year I think it's all his.

Offer the 1.02 and Hyde as a first offer, maybe sweeten with a 2.10 if you think that's what it'll take. What you're considering is much more than an overpay; but if that's your guy do what it takes to get him.

1.03 and Diggs. You'll still have your pick of Mixon, CMC, or Davis, whichever ones fall that far. Also, if you're not high on Diggs, try flipping him for a first or adding something with Diggs to get a another 1st. I think Diggs is worth it alone, but he still has 1st round value to some.

I'd say anywhere between 1.07 and 1.09; you're getting JJSS there or John Ross. I think that's a pretty comparable comparison.
